We accept most major Credit Cards, offering Secure PayPal Checkout. The charge appear on your credit card statement as *EMBROIDERY. Payment sent to account for Broderikunst Studio. Your credit card will be charged when we confirm your order.
Using our secure PayPal credit card checkout process is the safest way to purchase. We use the highest level of digital encryption to ensure your payment information is safely sent directly from your computer to the credit card processing gateway at the time of your checkout. This way we do not need to keep copies of your credit card number on our computers or on any paper records in our office. To verify our encryption authenticity, click on the Authorize Net Verified Merchant Seal at the top of this page.
Check your billing address carefully! It is important that your order billing address matches your credit card billing address, otherwise your order will not go through. The address where you receive your credit card bills is the correct billing address. This is called the Address Verification System (AVS) and it is done by the card processing company to help prevent fraudulent use of your card. If you are having difficulty making your order go through, this is almost always the problem. You must also check the box next to the payment method you choose to use. Other possible causes may involve insufficient funds or a hold placed on your card by your bank. You will need to contact your bank or credit card company to resolve these types of issues.
Goods are sent by post. We accept and form your orders every working day of the week. Orders are sent to clients on Wednesdays and Saturdays, except for public holidays in the Kingdom of Norway.
Our shipping charges are based on weight and size of the mail based on Posten Norge rate. Our Delivery, handling and packaging costs are a flat fee charge as little as NOK 30.00, and are automatically calculated by our system to your order. The item is out of stock? It is not a problem! You could order any item in our store to be delivered to you. Please send us a request using "Contact Us" form, indicating the product code (SKU) for this item. We will contact you shortly to confirm price and delivery. Usually ships in 10-30 days.
The general rules for international shipping are the following:
All international packages are held until they are filled completely, and are not guaranteed once they leave the Kingdom of Norway. If you do not want us to hold your order but would prefer that we ship a partial shipment and back-order the missing items, please specify this preference when placing your order. If you request multiple shipments, you will be billed shipping and handling for each shipment.
International customers are responsible for all customs duty & import taxes fee for shipments received in their countries. Any fee, tax, or duty that your government chooses to assess is your responsibility. Call your local customs office for details. We are not responsible for the taxes or duty charged by foreign countries.
Our international shipping rates cover the envelopes, postage, insurance, and other miscellaneous expenses associated with our shipping. For Posten Norge rates on packages sent within Norway, it also covers the Delivery Confirmation service which allows us to provide our customers with a Tracking number. Our overseas shipping costs reflect not only the additional postage required, but also the increased risk of loss or damage, and the time it takes us to fill out all of the necessary customs forms. These rates do not include any additional taxes, duties, or fees that may be imposed by your home country. We do not know what they are, and are not legally able to collect them even if we did.
Special orders are special, unique and individual, and we want you to be extremely happy with them! We will always do our very best to create and supply your order in time and due to your wishes. There are just a few things to keep in mind:
Manufacturers vary greatly on special orders delivery time, so estimated times of arrival are not guaranteed.
Special order items are not able to be canceled and are non-returnable, and will be marked as such on the items line item invoice description.
All special orders will be treated as separate orders, invoiced and shipped separately from regular stock items and may incur separate shipping charges, unless they are foreign orders, and the special ordered item is expected to arrive within a few weeks only.
Special order items will require 50% prepayment (advance payment). Prepayment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Special orders are not eligible for rush processing.
RETURN AND REFUND
Thanks for shopping at Broderikunst Studio! If you are not entirely satisfied with you purchase, we are here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from te date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt of proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or orogonal method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be rsponsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of returnshipping will be deducted from your refund.
